- Check the refrigerant pressures
- Check system amperage draws of the outdoor fan motor and compressor
- Check small components such as capacitors, contractors, and relays
- Check the condenser coil condition
- Clean leaves out of inside if leaves hinder normal operation of equipment
- Check air handler blower operation
- Check coil for blockage, or buildup
- Check heater operation (in heating season)
- Check drain pan for buildup inside of the air handler
- Clear the drain line with vacuum and/or nitrogen
- Make recommendations based on observance to prevent any potential problems.
